This is the event that featured the highest number of mind-blowing, down-to-the-line photo finishes at previous DEKA World Championship years, so expect nonstop thrills. The DEKA STRONG World Championship takes place on Saturday.
We shift gears on Saturday evening with the Hoedown Throwdown. We're turning up the country music, turning down the lights, and inviting the public to participate in thrilling DEKA STRONG heats. Grab a pardner, dress in your best western wear, and show us what you've got. This will be followed with a full day of public DEKA STRONG heats. Both the Saturday and Sunday public DEKA STRONG heats will serve as 2027 DEKA World Championship qualifiers.

What’s on the line:
For the invite-only World Championship DEKA STRONG, Elite Individual and Elite 2-Person Teams athletes will compete for a place on the podium and their share of a championship prize purse. Age Group Individual, Age Group 2-Person Teams, and Ruck athletes will compete for their place on the podium. Ruck Division podium prizes will be provided by Titan 6 Actual.
